What is the sofa made of?

It is made with polyurethane foam in the seat, and with foam flakes and silicone hollow fiber in the backrest pillow. The entire fabric is made of polyester or polypropylene. And the structure is made of chipboard, plywood and Nordic pine wood that comes from controlled forests with an FSC certificate.

What does it mean that you have a 30-day trial?

Once you receive your sofa at home, you have 30 days to try it out. If you decide to return it within this period, please contact us and request a return. We will collect the sofa and refund all your money.

Can I request an invoice?

Can I remove the sofa cover?

The cushions have removable covers for your comfort, but the fabrics on the rest of the sofa are fixed for now and cannot be removed as covers. We are here to help you with any questions or suggestions you may have about caring for your sofa.

What does the warranty cover?

How does shipping with EMME work and how much does it cost?

You don't have to worry about anything! At EMME, transportation is completely free. In addition, we not only bring the sofa to your home, but we also leave it in your favorite room. We make sure your shopping experience is as comfortable and easy as possible.

What happens if I am not home for delivery?

To ensure that this does not happen, our logistics partners will contact you to arrange a day and time for the delivery of your EMME sofa.

Can delivery be delayed?

We try to deliver all our orders within the established deadlines. However, there may be delays beyond our control. If your EMME sofa does not arrive on time, contact us and we will fix it.
